Step 1:
Pull your thread through your fabric at the base or thinner part of the stitch.

Step 2:
Run your needle beneath the fabric to the opposite end of the stitch

Step 3:
Loop your thread around your needle.

Step 4:
Anchor your stitch with a tiny straight stitch at the tip.
