Let’s Talk about What a Princess Is:

There Are All Kinds of Princesses

There Are Disney Princess – Let’s Name Some Disney Princesses:

Princess Aurora – Brought to Life by Disney in 1959
Princess Aurora’s father was King Stefan –

Because she is a child of royalty, she is a true  prncess

Princess Ariel – Brought to Life by Disney in 1989
Princess Aurora’s father was King Triton

But Because she is a child of royalty, she is a true  prncess — A Princess of the Sea.

Because she is a child of royalty, she is a true  prncess — But you need a little bit of imagination — First you need to believe in Mermaids . . .

Once we bring Imagination into the equation:

When I think of Imagination, I think of Twinkling Stars in the Sky: Let’s Twinkle

Stars Are Flickers of Light – What Color is Light?

Let’s Go Paint the Yellow of a Yellow Star.

There are all kinds of princesses– Some Princesses are Fairy Princesses

In 1953, Disney Created Tinker Bell — Another Type of Princess — A Fairy Princess

In the Disney Movie Peter Pan, Tinker Bell Shows Us How to Fly by Thinking about Wonderful Thoughts —

And the First of those thoughts have to do with Christmas —

Think of a wonderful thought!
Any happy little thought? . .Like toys at Christmas? Sleigh bells? Snow?Watch me now, here I go![Like reindeer in th sky] . . .You can fly! You can fly! You can fly!

Do you rember the happy Christmas thoughts —

Jingle Bells:

Once we allow our imaginations to work and allow ourselves to fly, all types of sweet little girls can be princesses —

Like Ballerina Princesses:

Time to Paint a Nutcracker

Let’s talk more about princesses. Are All Princesses Rich?

Disney’s Cinderella was created in 1950 — the same year that I was born — and although she met the rich Prince Charming, she was a very poor orphan who had very little. She had no toys, and her friends were the mice and the birds who lived in the dark place she was forced to live.

Now, I am going to tell you about another poor young lady who miraculously gave birth to a prince:

Her name was Mary.

And Mary gave birth to The Prince of Peace — the Light of the World.

As I read my picture book, The Donkey’s Song, I want you to for ways that Light is Part of this book.
