1 tablespoon olive oil
1 yellow or white onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (32-ounce) carton chicken broth or chicken stock
3 cups shredded or chopped cooked turkey
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup diced green chiles
1 cup salsa verde
2 (15.5-ounce) cans Great Northern beans
2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon cold water
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, cut into pieces and at room temperature
Toppings: fresh cilantro, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced avocado, lime wedges, and
tortilla chips (optional)
