I am teaching Writing about Literature to College Freshmen This Year, and I Love My Job!

But yesterday was the final date for 2 assignments to be submitted, and — you guessed it, I was forced to give some students the grade of  zero. Keep guessing — Yes! Today, some of those students were begging for mercy.

I decided that I would teach my students a short and sweet lesson about time management, goal-setting, and keeping up with assignments. What’s more, this will be their writing journal, too

The students will buy cheap composition books from Walmart or wherever else they want to get them, and they themselves will add whatever they want to add of  the following info inside those composition books:
