Today, I want to put away your notes and your descriptions, and everything else that might distract you. I want you to close your eyes and recall what you see about your new picture book in your mind, and I want you to Picture Write what you see in a stream of consciousness. No stopping to edit yourself. No stopping to check your notes and research. Just write, in one breath, what you see in your mind’s eye about the book that you want to write:
