Recipe for Lemon Balm Liqueur
Crush A Handful of Lemon Balm Leaves and put them in a mason jar.
Cover the leaves with either brandy or vodka.
Place a lid on the jar.
Store in a dark, cool closet for at least 24 hours.
Test the solution in 24 hours. If the mixture is lemony enough, strain it.

Add honey to thicken and sweeten the drink.
Store for up to 6 months.

Ingredients
2 Fresh Lemons
1 Cup Vodka

Ingredients
2 Fresh Apples Washed, Peeled and Sliced
1 Cup Vodka
1 Cup Vodka
Place the apple slices in a mason jar that has a tight-fitting lid.
Add enough vodka to cover the apples.
Put the lid on top of the jar.
Store the covered jar in a dark, cool spot for at least 3 days,
