A while ago I saw a sign that said: “It’s always Happy Hour Somewhere.”

With that thought in mind, I am about to test some of my vodka and bourbon infusions, but it is not Happy Hour where I live.

It is, however, Happy Hour in Rio de Janeiro, and that is a good time for me.

I’ve always wanted to go to Rio de Janeiro. Because of Social Media, we can go there any time we want. Let’s go now–just in time for Carnaval–and Happy Hour

Today, we’ll celebrate Happy Hour by testing the liquor infusions that we started 3 days ago. I especially like the Lemon Vodka Infusion.
